From 2012 to 2015 I went through the most stressful time of my life. I had moved to Israel to help two family members with serious health conditions.
By that time I had two diplomas and six years of experience in the investment banking sector, but nothing had prepared me to face this life-or-death situation.
To help me cope with the stress, a neighbor and dear friend referred me to a therapist in Jerusalem. With no expectations, I decided to try a session. To my grand surprise for the first time in my life I experienced the presence of the Creator of the World and the Source of my own soul, and, what’s most important, His boundless LOVE. The experience was brief, maybe even imaginative, but it had a most powerful effect upon me.
Thereafter I scheduled regular sessions. Through developing a connection with the Creator I became intimately familiar with my inner life, and learned how unresolved issues, many stemming from early childhood, had negatively impacted my personality traits and interpersonal relationships. My therapist combined psychotherapeutic techniques with the wisdom of Torah to teach me to access my inner self and use such knowledge for myself and for the benefit of my loved ones.
It has become clear to me with these sessions that the more I experience the connection with the Creator, the more that connection is able to guide every aspect of my life, resulting in clarity and efficiency. Even the most stressful circumstances started to make sense as I realized that struggle can be what is needed to develop and refine core positive traits, such as the kindness, compassion, patience, and concern that I have for others today.
After almost 10 years of self-work I realized wholeness and discovered my unique gift for helping others navigate their own inner world to access the Creator’s Love. After witnessing many positive transformations in those whom I have helped achieve balance, I was inspired to become a certified therapist and help others be the most harmonious versions of themselves.
