Our session begins with a conversation about an area in your life that requires care and attention. We then proceed with a five- to seven-minute guided relaxation, which brings our focus away from the physical world into the spiritual and allows us to tap into your own energy. This allows us to access the subconscious, which holds emotions and their triggers. You remain fully aware and in control of your own transformation process throughtout the session.
As you open yourself to FEELING the Creator’s Presence, I then use this powerful source of harmony to guide the inner search, identify areas that need attention, and align them with the Creator’s Love. In addition we may use a number of advanced psychological tools, such as age regression, inner-child therapy, Gestalt therapy, and others, where appropriate.
The goal of the session is to bring the subconscious into conscious awareness. That is, to gain insight into the root of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and harmonize them with the Creator’s Presence.

The following are two examples of recent sessions.
A male client had been experiencing marital issues revolving around what he viewed as his wife’s excessive, almost obsessive preoccupation with order and cleanliness around the house. A guided relaxation helped him lower his defense mechanisms and become aware of the Creator’s Presence and His Love. At this point I introduced Gestalt Therapy, a role-playing technique to enable him to see the situation through his wife’s eyes. This gave my client access to her subconscious emotions. It became evident that his wife’s discomfort with what she perceived to be a dirty or messy environment was a survival mechanism rooted in an intense fear of death.
Then, through age regression, we traced the source of that fear back to her early childhood. When she was two years old, her parents divorced, her father left the house, and her mother became emotionally distant. As a result, she suffered an intense fear of abandonment, questioning her own survival. This insight into his wife’s early traumas shifted my client’s perspective regarding her obsessive cleanliness. We replaced his feelings of judgement and negativity with support and compassion so that my client became better equipped to help his wife heal her inner child, and also harmonize their marriage.
Another example: I had a female client desirous of marriage who had unsuccessfully searched for a suitable mate for a number of years. We did a relaxation exercise to enable her to access her subconscious and feel the Creator’s healing Presence. We surveyed her previous dating experiences and tapped into her emotional impressions. Through age regression we identified that her emotional blockage was a result of a challenging relationship she had had with her father. Because she had not felt secure in her father’s love, she had unknowingly transferred her fear of betrayal onto potential mates, consequently pushing them away. Through the Creator’s Love we harmonized my client’s feelings for her father and healed past wounds, so that she was able to approach a relationship with an open heart and clear mind. Shortly thereafter my client met her life partner and soon they were married.
